When I had my first phone consultation with Scott, I knew right away that he was SO excited to plan and propose to his girlfriend. What made it even more special was he chose a location that was right down the street from my house in Dana Point that I’ve been going to for my whole life: Strands Beach.

They were traveling from out of state, so when the date got closer and the forecast showed rain, I asked Scott if he wanted to change his plans. He was so easy going and said hey, if it rains, it rains! So my friend Holly and I went down to the beach, got in position, and waited for them to walk down. Since the weather was overcast, we had nearly the entire beach to ourselves. When we saw them walk down (I asked him to send me photos of themselves and what they’d be wearing so that we were fully prepared), we started taking photos. He asked, and she said YESS! After a few minutes of celebratory photos, it started to POUR on us! The rain didn’t stop us as we continued to take more photos with a cute umbrella that I brought. Overall, it was such a special moment to be apart of!! 🙂
