Katy & Cory’s wedding day fell on October 19, 2019, AKA one of the more popular wedding days of 2019, and their wedding did not disappoint!

Their ceremony took place in my home town of Dana Point at St. Edwards Church which is perched on top of a hill overlooking the ocean. I’ve photographed a lot of church ceremonies in my day, but this one takes the cake. The huge windows had ocean views, and the top pews were open to us to take photos, allowing us to get some creative angles!

Katy used to be in the choir at that church, so as they sang, she sang along while her husband looked at her so lovingly. It was so sweet!

The party continued and their reception was at Arroyo Trabuco in Mission Viejo. This area had a beautiful courtyard to take photos in, hiking trails, and it had views of Saddleback Mountain.
